Exhibition Fee

Exhibition area: 1750 Euros

The standard package for an exhibition booth includes:

Exhibition booth (the unit is 2.00 m x 2.00 m) with resistant panels
Power supply (220V)
One table and 3 chairs
Registration for one representative per unit
Distribution of technical brochures to all participants
Logo and short description of the company in the abstracts booklet

Equipment should be installed during 29 August, 2005. Stands equipped with panels, chairs and a table.

CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE PARTICIPATION
All cancellations should be made in writing by fax (+34 914973471) or e-mail to Antonio Correia (antonio@phantomsnet.net).
Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between June 01 and July 15, 2005
50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between July 16 and August 19, 2005
No reimbursement will be made after August 20, 2005

INSURANCE
The Organisation Committee will not be responsible for any medical expenses, lost property, or accidents during the TNT2005 conference and we strongly recommend that participants make all necessary insurance arrangements for themselves.
