2) Industrial Day session on Tuesday (free of charge if the participant is a PHANTOMS member, if not a fee of 75 Euros will be charged).

To participate to the full conference, please use the LITHO2004 registration form.

The 14th NID Workshop will be organised in parallel with the "Ultimate Lithography and Nanodevice Engineering" Conference to be held in the resort Agelonde nearby St-Tropez (France). EU project reviews and Working Groups will take place during the conference.

Nanotechnology Information Devices (NID) projects

All projects will be reviewed in a closed session with external reviewers. The project coordinator is in charge to set up the agenda for the presentation of the project achievements during the past year and of plans for the upcoming year. This agenda should be planned on a duration of 1h15min to leave time for reviewer question/answers and for the reviewer private meeting.
For any request on meeting room, please contact Dr. Antonio Correia to help in this respect.
