• Standard Packages

A. Standard Package 1 for exhibition booth (4m2) - space rental: 950 Euros (+16% VAT)
- A 2.00 m x 2.00 m exhibition space
- One table and 2 chairs
- Full entrance to the conference for ONE person, including the conference dinner

B. Standard Package 2 for exhibition booth (6m2) - space rental: 1150 Euros (+16% VAT)
- A 2.00 m x 3.00 m exhibition space
- One table and 2 chairs
- One brochure rack
- Full entrance to the conference for ONE person, including the conference dinner

Payment of fees: Booth space is not reserved until payment is received. Booth fee payment must be received before the early-bird fee deadline, or a surcharge will apply. Fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

- Bank transfers (must be net of all expenses) to “Phantoms Foundation” must indicate CEN2010 Conference and NAME OF THE COMPANY. Make the payment to the following bank account:

Cancellation policy: All cancellations should be made in writing by fax (+34 914973471) or e-mail to Antonio Correia (antonio@phantomsnet.net).
Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between April 19 and May 07, 2010
50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between May 08 and June 07, 2010
No reimbursement will be made after June 07, 2010
