Equipment should
be installed during 13 September, 2004. Stands equipped with panels, chairs and a table.
We
also offer the distribution of technical brochures to all the participants.

All cancellations should be made in writing by fax (+34 91 4973471)
or e-mail to Antonio Correia (antonio@phantomsnet.net).
Your payment less 50 Euros will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is
received between August 01 and August 27, 2004 50% of the registration
fee will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received between August
28 and September 08, 2004 No reimbursement will be made after September
09, 2004
INSURANCE
The Organisation Committee will not be responsible for any medical
expenses, lost property, or accidents during the TNT2004 conference
and we strongly recommend that participants make all necessary insurance
arrangements for themselves.
