Within the framework of the Graphene2019 International Conference & Exhibition, Phantoms Foundation is pleased to organize a Brokerage event (one-to-one meetings).

The Brokerage event will be held in Rome (Italy) on June 28 and pretends to encourage companies, universities and research centers to foster technical cooperation in the Graphene & 2D Materials field.

If you already have a Conference or Exhibition Pass, attendance to the Brokerage Event (B2B) is included.

If you´re not registered, a 150 euros fee should be paid to participate in the Brokerage Event (B2B):

How to arrange a meeting?
After registering for the brokerage event and completing your profile, you can request or receive an application for a meeting through the B2B platform.
1. Registration | Until: June 21, 2019 (24:00 - Central European Time)
2. Setting up your profile
A strong profile is a key element to attract the attention from potential partners and generate more meetings. Your profile should be concise and describe clearly what your organisation is all about and what you are looking for. To increase your visibility, please complete the marketplace opportunities during your profile set up.
3. Check registered participant profiles
 
Before booking any meeting, check registered participants that might suit your interests / requests.
 
4. Request meetings | May 23 – June 21, 2019

Meetings between participants must be set up before the event registration deadline (June 21, 2019).
To arrange a meeting go to your agenda and send requests to those who you want to meet at the event.
Before requesting any meeting please block the time slots you won’t be available.
Once done you can request a meeting for a given time slot and will be redirected to the list of participants. You can then see which participants are available or not at the requested time slot. If available, please click on the “open padlock” icon and confirm your request. If the participant is not available (“closed padlock” icon), then click on the “agenda” icon to check the combination of both agendas and find the free time slots.

When you send a request, the participant will receive a notification by email. The invitation can be then accepted or declined. After a week, without any reply, the B2B administrator can cancel the request and the time-slot will be available again.
5. Build connections | June 24, 2019
Along all the process you will be able to check your meeting agenda online and be sure of your availability before booking a meeting. Other participants can also view in your profile your available slots. The week before the event you will receive by email your updated meeting schedule with the names of your partners (including last minute bookings), the number of the table for each meeting and other special info.
6. During the event | June 28, 2019 (9:00 – 13:00)
Check your agenda and at the scheduled time go to the table indicated for your first meeting. Your partner should be waiting or arrive in a short time. After 20 minutes of meeting the moderator will indicate the end of that meeting and you can go to the next one. In case both participants wish to continue with the meeting, ask the moderator for another available table.
